Hello, I will make Camotes al horno con marshmallows for this Thanksgiving, my question is : how many sweet potatoes did you use for the recipe?

  Thanks for contacting me Mariela! You can use aporx. 2 punds ofr sweet potates. Here is the link with the ingredientes http://www.comidakraft.com/sp/recipes/camotes-al-horno-con-90040.aspx.
  4 sweet potatoes, 1/2 cup of warm milk, 1/2 package cream cheese, 2 tbs brown sugar and 25 marshmallows.
